An Exercise That Is More Powerful Than 1,000 Sit Ups 60 Seconds A Day To 6 Pack Abs At Home. According to fitness experts, there is a single, extremely powerful, exercise that will help you get a flat and a tight belly, as it is even more effective than 1000 traditional sit ups. It is also known as “the plank”. This exercise will undoubtedly make your abdomen tight and flat, it will also improve your body posture, and it will also soothe your pain in the back.

However, note that you need to learn how to properly do “a plank” in order to obtain the results it offers. This is how to properly place your body:

Start face down on the floor resting on your forearms and knees.
Push off the floor, raising up off your knees onto your toes and resting mainly on your elbows.
Contract your abdominals to keep yourself up and prevent your booty from sticking up.
Keep your back flat, don't let it drop or you'll be defeating the purpose. Picture your body as a long straight board, or a plank.

In order to activate the muscles of the lower body, you should contract the muscles of the buttock. However, remember not to raise it up, as the entire body should be flat as a plank, not in a triangular shape.
In order to make it easier to maintain this position, you should breathe deeply and evenly.

Focus on a spot on the floor beyond your hands, in order to keep the spine, head and neck straight.

You need to start contracting the abdominal muscles and remain in this position for 20-60 seconds.
Afterward, relax your body.

Hold as long as you can. Aim for 20-30 seconds in the beginning and work your way up to one minute, as you get stronger.

The main focus of this exercise is your abdominal area, but you will also feel the pressure in your legs as well. Therefore, put the heels in a position that the pressure is transferred to the toes and feel the tension in the muscles of the thighs.

Repeat the plank 3 times in a row, on a daily basis, and in a month, you will be astonished by the effects!

Why You’re Waking Up At The Same Time Every Night.
Have you recently been waking up around the same time each night? Well, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), that time could signify an imbalance in a specific organ system. TCM theory believes that our spiritual well-being and physical health are directly connected to internal systems and rhythms, which help govern our bodily functions.

please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to know the complete information.

Here is a list of wake-up times and the organs they are associated with — TCM believes that many of these blockages should be viewed physically and emotionally.

10 pm to 11 pm: Hormones and Metabolism.
Having trouble falling asleep in the first place is a clear sign of uncontrolled stress. Try to find the true root causes of your stress (which can result in adrenal fatigue among other things) as a first measure.

Additionally, the inability to sleep at this time could be a result of other endocrine imbalances including your thyroid or a problem with your metabolism.

11 pm to 1 am: Gall Bladder.
Have you been having a hard time making decisions lately? Maybe feeling a little low in the self-esteem department?

Physically, the gallbladder stores and excretes bile, but emotionally, according to TCM, it’s in charge of self-esteem and decision-making. If you’re not sleeping by this time, you are depleting your gall bladder’s energy stores, which over time, can lead to poor self-esteem, poor judgment, or difficulty digesting fats.

1 am to 3 am: Liver.
Have you been irritable, frustrated, or angry more than usual?

If so, your liver might be in need of some rebalancing. If you’re not sleeping at this time, you can quickly become deficient, especially if you are female because of the importance of blood for menstruation (even for those going through menopause).

The liver is also emotionally connected to anger. You may find that if you have been waking up often between 1 to 3 am you may have repressed anger or long-standing resentment. Symptoms of liver imbalances include irregular menstruation, anemia, chronic fatigue, and headache. You can support your liver naturally with medicinal herbs, and by making some simple lifestyle changes.

3 to 5 am: Lungs.
Has something particularly saddening, or tragic happened?

The lung is responsible for moving the qi (energy) through the meridians and to the entire body, as well as providing immune protection. It is also emotionally associated with grief. You may find that waking up during these times if you are struggling with grief or sorrow. Imbalances may also show up as wheezing, coughing, asthma, or getting sick easily.

Any toxins released and broken down earlier in the night are getting cleared out of the system.

The large intestine is active during this time. Eating a poor diet or too late can lead to problems that will wake you at this time.

5am to 7am: Large Intestine.
Have you been holding onto something that you’re having a particularly hard time letting go?

This is the best time to have a bowel movement. The large intestine is all about ‘letting go’ physically and emotionally. Symptoms of malfunction include constipation, dry stools, skin rash, and feeling emotionally ‘stuck’.

so, at what time do you keep waking up ? comment below and don't forget to like, subscribe and share this video with your friends and family too.

Cancer Is Not A Disease But A Business, A Secret Has Been Revealed. You might not believe this but cancer is not a disease; it is a business. Cancer has become widespread; it has affected the old, young, baby and everyone.

Sharing this wonderful post will expose many of the hidden hands of the world’s manipulators and annoy them.

Do you know that the book “World Without Cancer” has up till now been prevented from being translated into many languages.

there is no disease called cancer. Cancer consists of only a deficiency of vitamin B 17. It is nothing else.

Avoid chemotherapy, surgery and or taking medicines with strong side effects.

You would recall that in the past, quite a large number of seamen lost their life to a named disease, scurvy; a disease that took the life of numerous people as well. And a number of people got an enormous income from it. Afterwards, it was discovered that scurvy was just a deficiency of vitamin C. That means it wasn’t a disease.

Cancer is also just like that! The colonizing world and the enemies of humanity established the cancer industry and made it into a business. from which they earn billions in income.

To fight cancer, all these delays, details and enormous expenditures are not needed. They only go to line the pockets of colonizers, especially since the cure for the condition was found long ago.

The prevention and cure of cancer will be obtained simply through the following strategies,

Those who have cancer should first try to know what cancer is. Do not panic! You should investigate the condition.

Nowadays does anyone die of an illness called scurvy? No. Because it gets cured.

Since cancer is only a deficiency of vitamin B 17, eating 15 to 20 pieces of apricot stone/nucleus (fruit stone) everyday is enough.

Eat wheat bud (wheat sprouts). Wheat bud is a miraculous anti-cancer medicine. It is a rich source of liquid oxygen and the strongest anti-cancer matter named laetrile. This matter is present in the fruit stone of apple and is the extracted form of vitamin B 17

The American medicinal industry has started implementing the law forbidding laetrile production. This medicine is being manufactured in Mexico and gets smuggled into USA.

Dr. Harold W. Manner, in a book named “Death of Cancer” has stated that the success of cancer treatment with laetrile is as high as above 90%.

Sources of Vitamin B 17.

The foods containing vitamin B 17 include the following:

-The fruit stone or grain(seed) of fruits. This contains the highest amount of vitamin B 17 in nature. This includes fruit stone of apple, apricot, peach, pear, and prune (dried plum).

Common beans, corns, which include bean, lentil sprout, Lima beans and pea.

Bitter Almond, Richest source of vitamin B- 17 in nature and indian almond.

Mulberries, almost all mulberries such as black mulberry, blueberry, raspberry and strawberry.

seeds, seed of linen and flax seed.

groats of oats, barley, brown rice, groats of block wheat, linseed, millet and rye.

This vitamin is also found in grains and fruit stones of apricot, brewer’s yeast, rough rice paddy and sweetmeat pumpkin.

List of Anti-Cancer Foods.

•Apricots seeds.
•seeds from other fruits like apples, cherries, peaches, prunes, plums, pears.
•Lima beans.
•Fava beans.
•Wheatgrass.
•Almonds.
•Raspberries.
•Elderberries.
•Strawberries.
•Blackberries.
•Blueberries.
•Buckwheat.
•Sorghum.
•Barley.
•Millet.
•Cashews.
•Macadamia nuts.
and Bean sprouts.

All are the highest sources of absorbable vitamin B 17.

Ingesting dishwashing liquids used in the kitchen and hand washing liquid used in the restroom is the main cancer causing factor so your eating of them should be restricted.

You will surely say that we do not eat them!
However, you daily wash your hands with hand washing liquid and wash your plates with dishwashing liquid.

The liquid is absorbed and will not leave the plate with washing. When cooking or eating food, the soap in the plate or dish gets attached to the hot food and so we end up eating the dishwashing liquid with our food. Even if you rinse the plate hundreds of times, that will be of no use.

But the solution is to pour half of the dishwashing liquid and hand washing liquid and top it up with vinegar.
It is as simple as that.

Do not eat blood cancer causing agents and also save your family from this danger.

Similarly, seriously desist from washing vegetables with even a few drops of dishwashing liquid because irrespective of how much you would rinse them, the chemicals would have already entered the tissues of the vegetable and will not get rinsed away.

Instead, soak fruits and vegetables with salt and then rinse with water. And to keep them fresh, add vinegar.

Please share this post with others so they can also benefit from the information.

Signs You’re Lacking in Vitamin D and How to Get More Without Baking in the Sun. Even though it is readily available and crucial for our body to fight disease, almost half of the American population is deficient in vitamin D.

please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to know the complete information.

This deficiency is also known as the hidden cause of numerous chronic preventable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, depression, muscle pain, osteoporosis, many cancers, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, osteopenia (bone loss) and even autoimmune diseases.

A growing body of evidence shows that vitamin D plays a crucial role in disease prevention and maintaining optimal health. There are about 30,000 genes in your body, and vitamin D affects nearly 3,000 of them, as well as vitamin D receptors located throughout your body.

Namely, vitamin D acts as a hormone and gene modulator, limiting cancerous cell growth and boosting cell differentiation. Therefore, it effectively inhibits cancer growth, especially breast, colon, prostate, and ovarian cancer.

Also, it prevents infections, common colds, and the flu, and scientists have found that people who are lower in it are more prone to weight gain.

The primary source of vitamin D for our body is the exposure to sunlight. Exposure to sunlight that makes our skin slightly red triggers the production of 10,000 to 25,000 international units (IU) of Vitamin D in our bodies.

Autoimmune diseases like lupus, type 1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, and rheumatoid arthritis are very rare in people from certain parts of the world who have blood levels of vitamin D between 42 and 65 ng/mL.

When the sun goes into hiding, it’s difficult to achieve that through food alone. Why do we need vitamin D? Well, it regulates the calcium and phosphate in the body, making it vital for bone, muscle and tooth development and growth.

A lack of it can lead to a higher risk of bone disease and fracture and, in the worst cases, rickets. There are also studies that suggest vitamin D can help the battle against cancers, cardiovascular disease and multiple sclerosis.

These are the most common signs of vitamin D deficiency:

Muscle pain,
Frequent infections,
Hair loss,
Chronic fatigue,
Low mood,
Back pain and joint pain,
Slow wound healing,
Loss of bone density.
In order to correct this deficiency, you should follow these tips:

Test your Vitamin D levels, and note that while normal ranges are between 10-55 ng/mL, but optimal ranges for optimal health are between 40-65 ng/mL.

Take vitamin D3 supplements, since it is the active form of this vitamin.

Supplement with 2000 to 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 daily for 3 months to optimize your vitamin D levels, and afterward, continue with a dose of 1000 – 2000 IU daily.

Increase the intake of foods rich in vitamin D, such as whole eggs, wild salmon, fish liver oils, porcini mushrooms, and mackerel.

Since the role of this vitamin is crucial for our health, make sure you do your best to optimize its levels and improve your overall health!

Here’s What You Need to Check the Next Time You Buy Bottled Water. Is your bottled water safe for drinking ? find out in this video. When buying bottled water, we usually don’t put too much attention on the bottle. we can protect our health by checking the bottom of the bottle before we choose a bottled water.

please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to know the complete information.

First, the content of every bottle must be labeled by every brand. So, remember that the plastic bottles which are labeled with PP, HDPE, HDP, and several others, are safe as they do not release toxic substances in the water. The remaining letters can signify the chemicals included in the bottled water. In this video, we explain how to distinguish toxic from a healthy bottled water.

1. pete or pet (Polyethylene Terephthalate).
Bottles labeled PETE or PET can release chemicals and heavy metals that can disrupt the hormonal balance. As a precaution, these bottles should not be reused or heated and can be recycled once into new secondary products such as fabric, carpet or plastic lumber. Some studies have found levels of antimony (a toxic chemical) discharge from water bottles that have been placed in the heat for prolonged times.

2. HDPE or HDP (High-Density Polyethylene).
If you see these letters on a bottle, it means that the water is safe to drink. In fact, this water is regarded to be the healthiest water because these types of bottles don’t release any type of chemicals or harmful substances. This type of plastic is very hard-wearing and does not break down under exposure to sunlight or extremes of heating or freezing.

3. PVC or 3v (Polyvinyl Chloride).
Bottles labeled with these letters mean they release two toxic substances that can disrupt the hormone balance in your body. a popular thermo plastic that contains high levels of chlorine which can reach up to 57%. This type of plastic has a risk of releasing toxic breakdown products like phthalates into food and drinks and the manufacturing of PVC is known to release highly toxic dioxins into the environment.

4. LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene).
Although this kind of plastic doesn’t release dangerous chemicals, still it shouldn’t be used in the plastic bottle production. It is a thermo plastic made from petroleum which can be found translucent or opaque. It is flexible and tough but breakable and considered less toxic than other plastics, and relatively safe for use. LDPE is one of the safer plastics.

5. PP (Polypropylene).
This is another semi-transparent or white colored plastic used in the production of yogurt cups and syrup packings. PP is considered as one of the safer plastics. This type of plastic is microwavable safe and dishwasher safe.

6. PS (Polystyrene).
These letters are usually found on fast food casings and coffee cups. They indicate that the plastic releases carcinogen substances. Polystyrene (PS) is a petroleum-based plastic and it can either be hard or used as Styrofoam because polystyrene is the weak base from its structure with ultra-lightweight, it breaks up easily and is dispersed readily throughout the natural environment. An untold number of marine species have ingested this plastic with immeasurable consequences to their health. Polystyrene is known to leach which can significantly damage your nervous system and linked to cancer into your food.

7. Other (BPA, Polycarbonate and LEXAN).

This plastic is believed to be the most dangerous one used in food products, as it releases BPA chemicals. It is usually included in the content of food containers and sports water bottles. Its properties are easily molded, temperature resistance, stiffness, strength, optical clarity, and estimation that over 300 million tons of plastic are produced worldwide. the evidence is also very strong showing that these chemicals are influencing adults and children too, thus leading to decreased sperm quality, early puberty, stimulation of mammary gland development, disrupted reproductive cycles and ovarian dysfunction, cancer and heart disease, among numerous other health problems.

it is imperative to avoid exposing your plastics to high temperatures (microwave, dishwasher) and mild detergents for cleaning. There is no guarantee that plastics will not leach out harmful chemicals.
Therefore, make sure you look at the bottom of every bottle of water before you decide to buy it!
